Creative Team

Drew Oberholtzer

With over 20 years of experience as a creative director, producer, and editor for various networks including National Geographic, Animal Planet, Disney, ABC Studios, Vice News, and many more, Drew brings excellence to the craft of storytelling.  He’s worked in all phases of production and post production creating compelling stories across platforms that have won many awards including a National Emmy, an Edward R. Murrow Award for Excellence in Journalism, and a GLAAD Media Award for Outstanding TV Journalism.  After living and working in NYC and Los Angeles for 15 years, Drew brought his expertise back to Berks County under Anthropocene Creative to make impact driven content for Rodale Institute, Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture, BARN, and the William Penn Foundation. He lives on Lunaria Farm with his wife and two daughters in Berks County.

Osiel Ruiz

Osiel is adept at overseeing the editing process from initial concept to final cut, ensuring each project meets the highest standards of storytelling and technical quality. His work includes projects for ABC Studios, PBS, National Geographic, Discovery and History Channel as an editor and producer.  

Moving freely between independent docs, docuseries, cooking shows, historical series, and shorts. He looks to elevate any project with his experience and unique vision. He is fluent in Spanish and English and lives in Essex county, NJ with his wife and two kids. When not editing, you can find him fixing broken vintage stuff or one of his childrens' toys. He looks forward to working with you and asking; “what do you think of this idea…”

CYNTHIA GALBINO

Cynthia is an accomplished creative producer with 15 years of experience in Unscripted television and film. She has crafted stories for various networks including Max, Showtime, National Geographic, and Amazon Prime. She got her start in the music industry, working in concert production. She eventually moved into music video production and music consulting for television, which is where her love for storytelling was born. 

Though she has worked in all phases of production, her expertise lies in the highly collaborative process of post production. From initial concept to the execution of vision, she thrives in the creative process of storytelling. 

Born in Los Angeles to Mexican Immigrant parents, Cynthia was constantly inspired by their drive and creative persistence to make a life in the US. She brings those same qualities, as well as, compassion into each project that she works on.  Cynthia lives in Los Angeles where she enjoys tending to and learning from her native plant garden with her girlfriend.
